HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED ?

On placing your order, both an email and an SMS will be sent your registered email ID and registered mobile phone number. You will receive details about the item(s) ordered and tracking details.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED BEFORE A DELIVERY ?

The delivery executive will call on your registered phone number to confirm your availability before making the delivery. In case on non-availability, you can arrange to take the delivery at a convenient time, either on the same day or the next.

WHAT IS THE TIME TAKEN FOR DELIVERY ?

Normally, it takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipments may get delayed in case of unforeseen events. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the change in status and the new expected delivery date.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES ?

Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 500. There is a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 50 for order below Rs. 500 in value.

Once placed, an order cannot be modified. Please contact our customer helpline number for help with cancelling an order.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING ?

No, you cannot change the address once the order is placed.

APART FROM NORMAL DELIVERY, DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPRESS SHIPPING MODE FOR FASTER DELIVERY ?

Express shipping mode (next day delivery) is available only within the Mumbai region. It applies only to orders which have been already paid for.

Returns / Exchange / Refunds / Cancellations

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT ?

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

For online payments, we will refund to the original payment source (Credit / Debit Card, Netbanking Wallet, etc.) within 5 business days of receiving your refund request. For payments made by Cash On Delivery mode, we will refund the money within 10 business days.
